GROUND AND PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING
We process and ship orders during business hours, Monday through Friday. The shipping method you select determines how quickly you will receive your order after it has been shipped. UPS Ground orders typically take 4 to 5 days to reach customers in the Eastern US. Priority Mail shipments typically take 3 to 5 days to most locations.
When you choose next day or 2-day shipping, and place your order before 2 p.m. (Pacific Time) Monday through Friday, your package will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. will be shipped the next business day.
If you need to return a product, contact us at email@example.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA) number. An RMA number is required to return a product. Our customer service team will provide you with the appropriate return shipping address at the same time.
